বিদায়ী মহাপরিচালকের বাণী
আমি মেজর জেনারেল মীর মুশফিকুর রহমান বিগত দেড় বছর প্রতিরক্ষা ক্রয় মহাপরিদপ্তরের মহাপরিচালকের দায়িত্ব পালন করেছি। বদলী জনিত কারণে আজ ০৯ জুলাই ২০২৪ তারিখে আমি দায়িত্ব হস্তান্তর করে অন্যত্র বদলী গমন করছি। মহাপরিচালক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালনকালে আমার প্রচেষ্টা ছিল সর্বদা ক্রয় কার্যক্রমে স্বচ্ছতা প্রতিষ্ঠার পাশাপাশি সরবরাহকারী বান্ধব পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করা। সরবরাহকারীদের সাথে মত বিনিময় সভার মাধ্যমে এবং সরবরাহকারীদের বিভিন্ন অভিযোগ এবং উপদেশ আমলে নিয়ে ক্রয় কার্যক্রম প্রক্রিয়াকে গতিশীল করাই ছিল আমার লক্ষ্য। আমার লক্ষ্য অর্জনের জন্য আমি সর্বাত্বক প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়েছি, কিন্তু সকল মানুষের মত আমিও ভুল ত্রুটির উর্দ্ধে নই। এ প্রেক্ষিতে আমার অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুলগুলিকে ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখার অনুরোধ রইল। পরিশেষে, আমি সকলের দোয়া এবং শুভাশীষ কামনা করছি।
